While you can terminate your account at any time, your information may remain stored in archive on our servers even after the deletion or the termination of your account. By accessing the services provided and/or registering yourself at Telegati.com or on Network Panel you agree to the collection and use of your data by Telegati.com and allow us and to share customer details via email or phone call or sms for the products you have opted for.

  • Not to charge the customer for services which are not registered under product fee
  • Do not reverse engineer our platform
  • Keep the login access and credential safe
  • In case of any security breach or probability of breach, you will notify us immediately
  • You will not use to sell the leads further to any third party
  • You or your employee will be the end user of our Network Panel
  • You will not modify the panel or use unauthorized ways to modify panel or service
  • You allow us to place cookies on your computer, it will enable us to improve quality of our services. In case you disable cookies, might happen some feature doesn’t operate at optimum as it should suppose to.
  • Prices agreed need not be standardised and fixed for ever, there might be modifications or incremental changes depending on several internal and other factors, which might not be disclosed to you.
  • The prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and fees
  • The validity for any order is one year or lead fulfilment, whichever is earlier
  • Renewal are subject to company’s discretion
  • Terms and pricing might be changed at renewal
  • We might use some external tools to facilitate services like SMS, EMAIL, traffic calculation, APIs or others. In such scenario you details will be exchanged with 3rd party to provide you service.
  • Liability
    • In case you misguide the customer or charge him incorrectly
    • Delinquencies in your services
    • Collecting or missing or misusing any of the personal information of Telegati customer
    • In any manner if Telegati customer may feel cheated or any fraud done you or your employee
    • In all such or additional scenarios, you will be responsible to make good of the losses as incurred by customer and charged to Telegati
    • You will reimburse the charges, litigation fee, court fee, any liability as agreed by court, and all other related cost either directly to customer or to us
    • In case any complaint registered against you and involves Telegati brand in complaint, you will inform us immediately within 24 hours of receipt of complaint
    • Telegati will not be liable to pay any cost to you or to customer, for any service compliant or grievance raise
    • If we found you using our panel for your benefit beyond the scope of agreement, reverse engineering our product, miss-selling the platform to other, selling data to any third party, misusing our brand name for creating false representation in front of client, collecting any source of money in pretext of service by us or any other fraudulent activity. In such or other such scenario, you are liable to pay us compensation as deemed fit by us. The compensation can be for monetary loss as well as brand value loss.
    • Any dispute first needs to be resolved amicably between us or by using a commonly appointed arbitrator or in courts of Mumbai.
  • Customer details shared as on as-is basis, the details as entered by customer will be shared with you and we do not guarantee the accuracy of information
  • You will share your basic KYC with us for empanelment
  • Either party can cancel the agreement by giving advance notice by email or in writing. If we found you exploiting our panel for your benefit, we can terminate the agreement and block the access to platform with immediate effect.
  • The agreement doesn’t create any employer, employee relationship between us
  • You are not allowed to use our brand name without prior permission
  • The content of our website might get outdated or be incorrect, we will put efforts to get the same updated at earliest or as when noticed or informed to us.
  • Our content and brand are our copyright and you will not use the same for any of your advertisement, website, communications
  • If any of the above point violated, you would be liable to be punished legally and compensate us.

We shares the sensitive personal information to any third party without obtaining the prior consent of the user in the following limited circumstances:
